👁️🎨 We meet every second Saturday to express our creativity and explore ourselves through visual art. During the first part of the session we sketch, paint and draw from life, observing each other, our models or everyday objects. Then, we infuse what we saw with our creativity: incorporating the theme or the technique of the day into our work. We conclude with a sharing circle, making sense of our impressions and gaining a better understanding of each other’s perception. The Creative Eye invites you to look at the world in new ways, reflect on your experiences and bring your story to life. Relax, inspire and create joy.

⭐️ Our next meeting explores: The Abstract Self-Portrait
If you were a picture what would you look like? How would you move? What would you sound, smell and feel like? Can you capture those impressions in an image? Join us on 6 July, as we reflect on our sense of self, attempting to convey the beliefs, experiences and choices we are made of, through an abstract self-portrait. First, we will explore how others approached this task, stretching our own creativity, then, we will turn inward, and design artwork that conveys our vibe.
Bring a mirror, a photo, or a selfie if you like, or work entirely from your imagination.

✅ For registration mark yourself as “going” on the event page. Please have the contribution fee with you in cash.
✅ Please bring paper and your preferred artistic medium (pencils, watercolours, acrylic, ink etc.) with you.
✅ Light refreshments, tea and water are provided at the venue. Feel free to bring your own snacks.
Meet your host:
Viktoria is a serenely passionate, distantly affectionate, peaceful adventurer. She does not have a strong sense of attachment with the world and is prone to dabble in a multitude of hobbies. Her views may seem out-of-step with society and she does not mind.
