NO:LA (Germany)
Since their formation in 2020, no:la has been creating a fusion of atmospheric trip-hop, jazz, indie, and synthpop. In 2021, the band released their first EP, Outlines, followed by the single BANGS in 2022. Last year no:la kicked of a new chapter: they released their second EP „blindly and fast“.
Blindly and fast deals with the feeling of being overwhelmed. It speaks of that moment when you realize that the outside world doesn’t align with what’s inside. blindly and fast -
tells of the gap that forms when you sometimes have to respond faster than you even knew how to ask the questions.
no:la is made up of Jakob, Nola, Georg, and Anton, playing synth bass and electric bass, effected vocals, drums, and a synthesizer. They draw on the sound and spirit of '90s/2000s trip-hop and transform it into modern electronic sounds, all of which are performed live.

BE KIND CADAVER (Brighton)
Be Kind Cadaver are a post-punk band, if ‘post-punk’ means drawing on contemporary Ugandan rhythms as much as Duster-inspired slow-core, Jesus Lizard era noise rock and experimental modular electronics. Throw in a psyche improv and a big pop chorus, front the whole thing with a mildly angry Scott Walker and you might be close."

SHADOW BIOSPHERE (Canterbury)
Debut album ‘Parallel Evolution’ is a compelling exploration of unseen biospheres and hidden lifeforms. Inspired by astrobiology, quantum theory, eastern travels, William Blake, Alan Watts, improbability, the interplay of science and art, the multiverse and ‘a world in a grain of sand’; atmospheric conceptual soundscapes connect the eerie whirl of planetary forcefields in the solar system’s outer reaches with dark deep terrestrial worlds and the lifeforms that inhabit earth’s uninhabitable places.
The sound has evolved on new album 'Transmutation' into explorations of hypnotic trance, where other worlds are found on the dancefloor. The night will see the introduction of two singers - from soaring ethereal pop, to Carnatic (Indian classical) vocals.
