This is a circle rooted in presence, honesty and restoration. Facilitated by Spencer, a multi-medium creative hailing from Prince George’s County in the DMV, The Cove is guided by creativity, art, and healing. As a true native of the area, Spencer’s work centers the voices and lived experiences of Black and Indigenous communities, using writing, plant medicine, and wellness practices as tools for reflection, grounding, and growth.
Through guided conversation, writing prompts, intentional stillness, and community sharing, The Cove creates room for men to process life openly and without judgment. Spencer approaches facilitation as an offering, art as restoration, presence as medicine, and community as a pathway toward collective well-being.
This is not therapy.
