About this Event
The Bruce Henry and Jo Ann Daugherty Duo features two of Chicago’s most- versatile and accomplished musicians - Vocalist Bruce Henry and pianist Jo Ann Daugherty. Bruce and Jo Ann are both bandleaders and composers who have performed across the nation and around the globe. Several years ago, they formed a partnership to produce a tribute to the incomparable Al Jarreau. This led to the development of the all- star ensemble Better Together and subsequent tributes to Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone, Ray Charles and Nat King Cole. This performance will feature highlights from previous tribute shows as well as several original compositions. The Bruce Henry and Jo Ann Daugherty Duo displays a dazzling degree of eclecticism that is strongly rooted in Jazz and flavored with R&B and World Music. Jo Ann and Bruce are committed to creating a joyous and evocative experience for the audience in every performance.
We are thrilled to partner with our neighbor, Rewired Cafe, for The Courtyard Series! Using QR codes, guests will be able to order right from their seats and have food delivered.

Colvin House cannot provide parking onsite for this event. The first 20 cars can park free at George B. Swift Elementary school, just a block west of Colvin House. Please pull up to Colvin House's driveway gate (Thorndale Ave) first to receive a parking permit which will provide further instruction.
For $12-$14, valet parking is also available at the Malibu Condominiums (6007 N Sheridan) public garage, just across the street, north of Colvin House. This parking can be validated by Colvin House for $2.00 off.
We recommend arriving early if you need to park.
