There are a million ways to act. Not all are strategic or moving us toward a more liberated world. In our anger and grief we can be overwhelmed. Today we reflect on the power of saying NO! Of embodied resistance that comes when we set boundaries to protect who and what we love-- and reflect on the spiritual work required to practice saying more: No!
Lucy is a faith-based organizer, somatic coach, and ritualist dedicated to body, spirit, and justice. With a focus on collective liberation and anti-oppression, she brings an embodied approach to personal and public life. Based in Northern Michigan, Lucy draws wisdom from the land, her children, and the trees she tends. We're grateful to speak with her this week.
