Please join us for Rigpa US's annual Autumn retreat. This year, our six-day in person (or online) retreat focused on compassion is designed as a full retreat, rather than a short teaching event. Annie Birken will open the retreat by laying the foundation, setting the stage for Ringu Tulku Rinpoche’s teachings, which will take place from November 3rd to 5th, 2025.
It takes courage to care about suffering. Without compassion, we become isolated and self-focused, but compassion can break down barriers and help us connect - with ourselves and others - even when facing negativity.
This retreat will explore Buddhist methods to unlock our natural love and compassion, helping us face challenges with courage and resilience.
