The Cosmos Within: An Energy Tune-Up

Pisces season is the perfect time to give yourself the space to connect with your intuition and your sensitivity. In this workshop, we’ll start with some “spiritual hygiene” techniques to support your awareness and connection to your energy field so you can begin to sense the Cosmos within you. Through Kundalini-inspired breath and movement practices, we’ll create the foundation for deep meditation. We’ll complete the workshop in relaxation, bathing in the vibrations of gongs, crystal alchemy bowls, and reiki energy. Reiki master Sam Renfroe will offer hands-on reiki during the sound healing for those who are open to it. You’ll leave this workshop feeling a sense of connection to yourself and the world around you.

Susan von Thun

Susan is a scientist, communicator, yogi, and healer. Through yoga, meditation, and various healing modalities, she has awakened many of her innate gifts as an intuitive healer. She is passionate about helping others become aware of their own gifts. She is a Hatha and kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, an intuitive healer, and a certified master in Usui and Kundalini Reiki, along with other advanced reiki techniques. In all of her offerings, it is her intention to provide subtle, yet practical tools that will support your expansion and help you remember your own divinity.

Samuel Renfroe

With a passion for adventure, Sam strives to live to the fullest potential that life has to offer. Over the years, Sam has been challenged with health issues of his own, leading him down the path of all things health and wellness. As the journey went on, he began to realize that health wasn’t as simple as he once thought and that the body needs help not only in the physical but also in the emotional and energetic realms. Feeling called to help himself and others, Sam studied Reiki and worked with a few different teachers, being ignited into Holy Fire Reiki, which is a stronger, more concentrated flow of energy and love that goes exactly where it is needed.
