You’ll learn how the diaphragm, deep core, and pelvic floor work together to support posture, performance, and injury prevention. Through guided drills and practical movement patterns, we’ll break down common misconceptions, improve mind–muscle connection, and show you how to properly recruit these muscles during both workouts and daily life.
