We’re excited to offer a new class designed specifically for women who want to better understand their core—and how it connects to pelvic floor health. This class is ideal for anyone looking to build strength, improve function, and for people looking for a deeper understanding of pelvic & core health as it relates to the entire body.In this 60-minute group class, we’ll spend 45 minutes focusing on guided core exercises that emphasize proper form, breath, and control. These movements are intentionally chosen to help strengthen from the inside out, supporting not just fitness goals but overall pelvic health.
After the workout, we’ll take 15–20 minutes for an educational chat focused on women’s wellness—everything from pelvic floor awareness to hormonal health. Whether you're postpartum, managing core dysfunction, or simply curious about how to connect more deeply with your body—this class is for you. 💪✨
Each month, we’ll invite a guest provider from our community to share their expertise and help you gain deeper insight into your body and health.
The first month, we will have our in house Pelvic Floor Therapist Anna Powell, speak about Pelvic Floor Health.
We have scheduled out dates for the next 3 months and are looking for two more providers/professionals who may want to give a short speech on woman's health.
Class size is limited to 20 participants to ensure a quality experience, so be sure to reserve your spot early with the link below.
