
About this Event
Celebrate cozy fall flavors and get hands-on in this Winter Cooking Collective Series class. We’ll make silky handmade pasta from scratch, filled with a rich squash and ricotta blend, and finish it in a nutty brown butter sage sauce.
Guests will work in small groups to roll, fill, and cook their ravioli before sitting down together to enjoy their creations with wine available for purchase from The Wine Collective.
