Register from 5:15 at the Cook. Adults can walk or run the 5km ( 5km is timed) Kids can run the 2km ( untimed) and afterwards head back up to the Cook for a bevy and spot prizes. Adults $8 ( hamilton hawks members $7) kids $3.
