About this Event
We will be working in collaboration with Friends of Ham Pond & LBRuT to plant 160 whips to extend the living hedge around the pond, creating a natural barrier, increasing biodiversity, and providing future habitat for animals onsite. We will also be conducting some annual reed management onsite, working in waders within the pond to remove excess reed growth encroaching on the waterway.
Meet at the north western corner of Ham Common Pond at 10am. Look for the TCV van parked on Ham Common.
