The Conscious Connection Experience

Ecstatic Playground and greenmonkey yoga come together for a very special and heartfelt night. Get ready to explore different ways to express and release with one another through music, movement, and community. We will be activating and moving energy with our bodies and souls through the senses. Embrace a night of connection through human connection games, ceremonial-grade cacao, and contact dance with the masters of conscious connection experiences.

7:45pm: Contact Dance Experience

8:15pm: Ecstatic Dance w/DJ Phil Santos (Tribal Rhythms)

9:00pm: Gathering circle with open mic

9:25pm: Closing ceremony

Dance Guidelines

Conscious dance is contact-friendly, but keep in mind that we all have different comfort levels when it comes to being approached and touched. Please be mindful and make sure the way you approach other dancers is resonant with them.

Encouraged: Instruments, flowy/light clothing, a reusable cup (for cacao), a bottle of water, and a meditation cushion.
