About Your Hosts

We (Erin and Jayne) met at a Women’s Circle Event in 2021 and we’re passionate about creating spaces for others to also connect in person and meet new people.

Erin is an Accredited EFT Practitioner and Reiki Healer. Since starting her journey as a Life Coach in 2014, Erin has leaned on EFT Tapping as a daily practice, eventually becoming an Accredited Practitioner in 2020. Her work focuses on helping clients release anxiety, stress and fear, creating space for deep healing, self-acceptance, and transformation. Jayne is a Spiral Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, and Life Coach, who helps women fulfil the creative ideas and soul callings that they can’t stop thinking about. What is EFT Tapping?

EFT stands for "Emotional Freedom Technique", and is a combination of Chinese Medicine and Modern Psychology. It blends gentle tapping on meridian or acupressure points with the verbal or mental acknowledgement of whatever it is that is causing stress in the mind and body. This could be a negative thought, emotion or even a physical problem like a headache. EFT is a non-invasive, easy and practical tool that you can use independently or under the guidance of a Practitioner.

I’ve never practised EFT or received Reiki before, is this for me?

Yes absolutely. Both of these modalities are beautiful in their simplicity, and easy for beginners to adopt.

A group session is a lovely space for you to learn EFT Tapping in a supportive and safe environment, with support available live from a Practitioner. Reiki is a gentle, calming form of energy healing and suitable for everyone.

Where is the event being held?

Holiday Beauty is located in the heart of Gosford on the Central Coast.

The address is 1/156 Mann St, access is in The Strand Arcade (just beside the Red Cross Op Shop & ANZ Bank). About half way down the arcade you will see the venue signage on a big glass sliding door. Head up the stairs and you’ll find us on the first floor!

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, please allow plenty of time to park, as Gosford can get busy throughout the day. Street parking is available, but limited. You can park for free in The Imperial Centre for all weekend (just a short walk across the road from Holiday). Please do not park in the multi-story car park out the back of the building (Gosford City Car Park), as it closes at 3pm on a Sunday.

Please pay attention to parking signage as it differs throughout the area.

If you prefer to take public transport, Holidai is a short walk from Gosford Train Station
