Rosca Horsemanship is back for his Winter Workshop series at Derby College Equestrian Centre!In the third workshop of Rosca Horsemanship's 'Winter Workshop' series, 'The Connection Piece' will be running on Monday 19th January at Derby College Equestrian Centre.
In this final workshop of the series, 'The Connection Piece' will have a primary focus on the nervous system, how if effects everything that we do, and what we can do find balance and reconnect to ourselves; the ultimate missing piece.
This workshop will be both informative and insightful, covering:
- What is The Nervous System
- What Influences The Nervous System
- The Equine Nervous System
- Regulation vs Dysregulation
- Nurturing Flexibility
- Co-regulation
- Awareness of Self
- Guided Regulation Exercises
The evening will follow Ross's known relaxed and informative teaching style, include a presentation talk, encouraged constructive discussion throughout followed by some interactive learning experiences!
