About this Event
This hands-on session equips managers with practical conflict-management and de-escalation techniques they can use directly with employees and adapt to coach staff who interact with clients. Attendees will learn simple high-impact skills you can teach quickly, model in the moment, and embed into everyday practices — so managers leave ready to support their teams and reduce escalation, whether the tension is internal or client-facing.
