In this 2-part series you will be preparing to confidently give birth and care for your newborn! First part on 9/19, the second part on 9/26This course is perfect for busy parents, parents who want to learn about both unmedicated births and epidurals, for those who want to become familiar with how to recognize what stage & phase of labor they are in, and how to manage discomfort both assisted by a partner and alone.
This course is perfect if you want to know what to expect immediately after birth and techniques you can use to care for your newborn.
Join us on Thursday 9/19 and Thursday 9/26 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. by registering ahead of time.
Q:"I want to take this class, when is the best time to take it?"
A: You want to make sure you attend both parts of this 2-part series by the time you are 36 weeks pregnant and about 2 weeks SOONER if you are high risk. So, whatever classes has you covered by then is best.
2024 Dates: ( April 18th, 25th, July 18th & 25th Sept. 19th & 26th)
LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS 9/12/24
Minimum for Class to Hold: 4 couples
