We are looking to have 10-12 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Matches. All fights will be made by belt rank and weight and will be made as close to fair as possible. Each fight will be 10 minutes, no points, submission only for the win. If the match ends in a draw, we go into overtime to decide the winner. Overtime is modified EBI style, escape or submission from back-take or spiderweb position. The winner of each match will get a medal and the loser will get an “atta-boy” and a hearty handshake. $30 entry fee per fighter. There will be a spectator fee of $3 for adults only. Once the matches are made, we will notify each gym and the fighters can try to agree on whether their matches are gi or no gi. If the two cannot agree before the fight, we will decide for them.
