A performance conjured and invented by Canada's Lil' Andy, who's been called “Montreal’s best country songwriter” - No Depressions Magazine.
The Village Voice describes his music as “Roots-based Americana that actually deserves to be made”.
The Complete Recordings of Hezekiah Procter (1925-1930) is a two-disc, 29-song box set also including a 150-page novel telling the story of Hezekiah Procter, the tracks were painstakingly recorded on both analogue tape, and using pre-electric, 1920s technology.
This is Lil' Andys 5th album & earned him nominations for Songwriter of the Year and Traditional Singer of the Year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards, a nomination at Quebec’s GAMIQ awards, and accolades from the international press.
