Siempre Tequila Tasting with Don Cervellini

Get ready to sip on some of the finest tequilas while learning from a true expert in the industry. This in-person event promises to be a night to remember, filled with good drinks and great company. Ticket purchase includes a 1 oz pour of three Siempre tequilas, Plata, Anejo and Reposado, and light snacks. We have curated a special menu of cocktails featuring the tequilas for purchase after the sampling.
Siempre Tequila comes from founders Alex Lacroix and Monica Sanita. Sanita’s mother and great-grandmother made agave spirits and nurtured this tradition within their family growing up. When Sanita and Lacroix met, they decided it was time to create their own brand, and after investigating the producers of the time, took it one step further, to create a product of their own at the Valle de Tequila Distillery in Tequila. Their spirits are distilled in copper pots in Arandes, Jalisco, Mexico.
Join us to learn more about the "Mozart Method" of fermentation used in Siempre Plata, creating an exceptional tequila that appeals to both enthusiasts and newcomers. Or experience the complexity of the Siempre Anejo, rested in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for 12 to 36 months. This will be a tequila tasting to remember!
