A gentle 10min mindfulness practice to help aid relaxation, compassion and focus. Mindfulness has become a popular way to help people manage their stress and improve their overall well-being. All you need to do is find a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, take 3 deep breaths and relax. A great technique that can be used to quickly centre yourself and calm the mind.
