With the biggest period of consumerism on the horizon, spend a day with like minded people looking at the topic of minimalism and how it can transform the way you shop, live and love.

Workshops
The day will be broken up into three workshops:
1. Minimalism, The Joy of Less: In this interactive workshop we'll be looking at the key concepts of minimalism and how it can transform our lives.
2. Intentional Living: We often have external forces pushing us to buy more, work more, do more. How do we create the lives that we want? We'll be creating vision boards and working out the steps to create the lives that are in line with our values.
3. Digital Minimalism: Everyday we're interrupted by notifications and messages. How can we set boundaries and reclaim our time? You'll be encouraged to bring your laptop and phone, so we can start to make some changes.

Additional Information
Refreshments and lunch provided. Parking is available at the venue and for free on the street outside.
There are single lockable gender neutral toilets available at the venue.
All handouts will be printed on coloured paper for accessibility.
The building has level access and a wheelchair accessible toilet.
