The Compass for Aliveness: Connecting

✨Step Into Clarity, Safety & Aliveness ✨
Do you ever feel…
* “My feelings are messy or too much”
* “I’m stuck in my head and disconnected from my body”
* “I can’t hear my truth or make decisions”
* “My emotions either flood me or shut me down”
* “Life feels flat, like I’m just surviving”
If any of this resonates, this 4-week journey is for you. 💫
Together, we’ll explore the inner compass that lives in your body. Through gentle body–mind practices (with a sprinkle of light-hearted fun), you’ll learn how to:
✨ Read feelings as signals instead of getting lost in them
✨ Feel more at home in your sensations, even when life feels overwhelming
✨ Sense your body’s authentic yes and no in real time
✨ Use practical tools to regulate emotions and navigate challenges
🌿 The Compass Journey 🌿
Week 1 (Oct 6) – North: Grounding in Safety
Week 2 (Oct 13) – East: Awakening to Possibility

Week 4 (Nov 3) – West: Integration & Trust
Location: New Plymouth Care Café
Time: Mondays 1:30–2:45pm

This is a koha (donation-based) series, designed to be accessible to all. Spaces are limited, so book early.
You’re welcome to join one session or the full 4-week journey (recommended for the full experience).
Life is too precious to live on autopilot. You are worthy of clarity, safety, and aliveness.
