This interactive session will include a guided worksheet and structured discussion exploring what professionalism truly means in today’s business environment. Together, we’ll examine traditional definitions — integrity, reliability, accountability, ethical conduct, and effective communication — and consider how those standards apply in modern workplaces and entrepreneurial settings.
We’ll also explore deeper questions:
• Which ideas about professionalism still serve us?
• Which expectations are outdated?
• What standards do we personally want to embody?
• How does professionalism show up in leadership, communication, and client relationships?
