About this Event
Welcome to The Community Preservation Act: Community Priority Forum!
Date: Wed Dec 11 2024
Time: 5:30 PM
Location: Worcester City Hall, Levi Lincoln Room
In November of 2022, Worcester voters passed the Community Preservation Act (CPA), creating a new fund of almost $5 million annually to support local projects related to Community Housing, Historic Resources, and Open Space and Recreation. This funding is available to the entire Worcester community. As we get ready to accept applications, we want to hear from you about what your priorities are for the kinds of projects that get picked for funding.
This forum is a great opportunity for residents to voice their opinions and help shape the future of our city. Join us to learn about how CPA works and the types of projects that are eligible for funding. Then share with us your thoughts on how we should prioritize projects here in Worcester.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Can't make this date? There are two other forums you can attend.
- Virtual Forum: December 10th at 1:00 pm (will be recorded and posted on the City of Worcester website) Click Here

Still can't make it, and have comments? The virtual forum will be posted on the Community Preservation Program webpage after the event and there will be a survey in which you can provide your input on the funding priorities.
