About this Event

Join us for a transformative 5-session workshop series designed to help you master the art of body language, enhance your conversation skills, and practice dating in a safe and supportive environment. Each in-person session can be purchased separately, or you can attend all five for a comprehensive learning experience. Join us for a fun and interactive learning experience that will change the way you interact with others forever.

Day 1: Saturday

Session 1: Body Language Mastery (9:00am - 12:00pm)

"Master your body language so you can send the 'right' signals"

In this session, you will learn how to use your body language to communicate more effectively and confidently. You'll learn how to read and interpret other people's body language and use your own to project confidence and authority. We'll cover nonverbal communication techniques on posture, facial expressions, and gestures, and give you practical exercises to improve your body language skills.

What you will learn:

  • The science of body language
  • Quickly read and interpret body language
  • How to use your own body language effectively
  • How to create a positive first impression
  • Become comfortable with eye contact

Session 2: Conversation & Social Skills Training (1:00pm - 3:00pm)

"Navigate conversations in any social situation with confidence"

In this session, you will learn how to improve your social skills and build stronger connections with others. We'll cover everything from starting and maintaining conversations to active listening and building rapport. You'll learn how to overcome social anxiety and develop the skills necessary to build and maintain lasting relationships in social, romantic and professional situations.

What you will learn:

  • How to start and maintain conversations
  • How to listen actively
  • How to develop rapport with new people
  • How to overcome shyness and social anxiety
  • How to make friends and build social networks

Session 3: Dating Practice (4:00pm - 6:30pm)

"Practice your dating skills, in a safe and supportive environment"

In this session, you'll get hands-on practice with dating skills, including flirting, body language, and communication techniques. We'll provide safe practice environment to help you build confidence and improve your dating skills.

What you will learn:

  • How to approach people you are interested in
  • How to create attraction
  • How to build intimacy
  • How to communicate effectively in relationships
  • How to overcome common dating challenges

*It is highly recommended you attend sessions 1 & 2 to get the most out of Dating Practice.

Day 2: Sunday

Session 4: Conflict Resolution & Difficult Conversations (10:00am - 12:30pm)

"Learn the art of assertive self-expression so you can set healthy boundaries"

Difficult conversations are an inevitable part of life, both in personal and professional contexts. However, these conversations can be stressful and often leave us feeling emotionally drained. The aim of this session is to equip participants with the necessary tools and techniques to navigate challenging conversations effectively. Participants will learn how to approach difficult conversations with empathy and understanding, how to manage their emotions, and how to communicate in a way that promotes understanding, while maintaining healthy boundaries.

  • Preparing for Difficult Conversations
  • Techniques for Effective Communication
  • Managing difficult responses

Session 5: Public Speaking Training (1:30pm - 4:00pm)

"Own your stage presence, connect with your audience & make an impact"

Public speaking is a skill that is essential for success in both personal and professional contexts. The aim of this session is to equip participants with the necessary tools and techniques to become confident and effective public speakers. Participants will learn how to structure their speeches, engage their audience, manage their nerves, and deliver impactful presentations.

  • Overcoming Fear and Building Confidence
  • Defining your purpose
  • Crafting Effective Presentations
  • Identifying your audience
  • Delivery Techniques
  • Engaging the Audience
