InvestDSM has selected Sonar Development Partners to lead theredevelopment of the site at Sixth and Euclid Avenue.
Currently being referred to as The Commons at Highland Park, the mixed-use building is planned to include three levels of apartments above ground-level retail and restaurant spaces. The development and design team will hold an informal community open house during which they will share information about the project
and receive feedback.
