Multicultural and inclusive beauty is at the heart of cosmetic brands' strategies.

The habits and expectations of multicultural consumers have changed: more naturalness, more transparency, more impact, more sustainability, more innovation, and more diversity.

To contribute to the multicultural transformation of the cosmetics and fragrance industries, The Colors relies on an ecosystem composed of an international community of professionals, a startup acceleration program, and an events platform.

This day will bring together formulation, purchasing, marketing, and communication managers, investors, beauty and perfumery experts, journalists, influencers... from Europe and Africa.

At the crossroads of its new challenges, The Colors (Accelerator of multicultural beauty companies) proposes for the first edition of its professional meetings a day of exchanges and networking on the new sources of development of the beauty market on the African continent with Thando Hopa as a guest of honor.

The Colors will allow the cosmetics and perfumery industry to explore the natural cosmetics value chain, new trends, and value-creating innovations of the African ecosystem.
