Join us for a weekend of fun, hands-on activities for all ages as we celebrate our beautiful community garden! Everyone is welcome — come get your hands dirty, learn something new, and grow with us.

🌼 Saturday 26 April – Family Activity Morning
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
🌿 Garden Tours & Info Station
Learn about the garden, how to get involved, and what’s growing this season.
🌱 Bean Planting & Wigwam Building
- Plant beans to take home or help us create a living bean wigwam in the garden.
- Families are encouraged to return over the season to watch it grow!
🌻 Sunflower Planting *(if time allows)*
- Plant your own sunflower to take home.
- Children can also plant one to stay in the garden, labelled with their name — and they’re welcome to return to help water and care for it.
🔥 Forest School Fun
- Fire lighting skills
- Toast marshmallows
- Enjoy a cup of hot chocolate around the fire

🐦 Nicky – Make Your Own Bird Feeder
A hands-on craft activity — take your feeder home or hang it in the garden to help our feathered friends.
