The Waco Police Department's Neighborhood Engagement Team, Waco AHEC, Waco Family Medicine and the Waco Parks and Recreation are hosting the Community Opportunity Event "The COE."In participation will be many Community Organizations that are working hard to provide resources to youth, teens, and young adults in our community. We're aiming to provide them with life skills, job opportunities, mentoring programs, mental and physical health information, general educational development, higher education scholarships, and grant information.
