The Cocoon Experience is a deeply immersive 3-hour workshop designed to regulate your nervous system, release emotional tension, and bring you back into connection with your inner self.
This journey combines somatic movement, trauma-informed breathwork therapy, intuitive bodywork, energy healing, live sound, and the signature Cocoon ritual — where your body is lovingly wrapped and held in stillness, allowing for deep integration and rest.
We begin with guided movement and nervous system awareness to awaken the body gently and safely. From there, you’ll be guided into a connected breathwork session with hands-on bodywork to support emotional release, energy flow, and nervous system regulation.
The experience closes with live sound and a cocooning ritual — a sacred pause where you’re wrapped in fabric, held in safety, and invited to surrender.
Whether you’re carrying something heavy, craving space to feel, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself… this is your space.
No experience needed — just come with an open heart, a curious mind, and comfortable clothes to move and rest in.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Nina Hinterschitt is the founder of The Cocoon Method, a trauma-informed healing approach that combines breathwork therapy, bodywork, energy healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nervous system regulation. With over 15 years of experience, her background includes somatic movement, yoga therapy, pelvic health care, and Reiki Mastery. Nina facilitates deep emotional and physical transformations, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and emotions in a safe space. Based in Bali, she offers international trainings, retreats, and one-on-one healing sessions.
