Ring in the New Year with friends and neighbors in the iconic Substation building while supporting further artistic and cultural activation of this beloved community space! There will be a DJ, circus performance, projection art, food, cocktails, and dancing! So much dancing :)
All proceeds from the night will go directly to supporting the historic preservation of, and arts and cultural programming at The Substation.

Many of you have experienced art, performance, and community events in this gem of a historic building, right in the center of Roslindale. With a clear and focused mission to make arts and cultural programming more available and affordable to artists and our community, and to preserve this historic landmark, we established a new nonprofit, Substation Community Supporters.
This organization will secure grants and donations to make The Substation more available to local artists, performers, and producers, particularly BIPOC/ALAANA and LGBTQ+ community members by reducing or eliminating rental fees for them. Funding will also help subsidize the high operating and maintenance costs associated with managing a historic site to keep programming low cost or free to the public. We can’t wait to see what activations are possible with your support!
