About this Event
Graduation is on June 18th at 10:30 am for this group. This will take place at The entrance to Pier 17 is between South & Fulton streets. You’ll walk under the FDR overhang towards the water. Students should arrive at 9:45 am for the graduation line-up. Families will check in at 10am at the entrance. Families must check in together. You MUST show your Eventbrite ticket (hard or digital copy), and then you will receive a wristband. You will not be able to attend the ceremony without the wristband.
Each student will receive this Eventbrite invitation and will be allowed a maximum of 3 guest tickets. Families will be assigned to a lawn/pod in alphabetical order and will share the lawn/pod with another family. You will not be able to switch pods, request pod groups, or leave the pod during the ceremony, except to use the restroom. There will be a photographer at the ceremony taking photos of each graduate receiving their diploma. Please stay in your assigned lawn, as failure to do so can slow down our registration process and delay the ceremony.
The ceremony will end at 11:30 am. You must exit the venue immediately. After the ceremony graduates and families can make reservations at restaurants located at Pier 17 (see here for options). There are also many scenic views on the lower level of the pier perfect for family and friend graduation photos.
Please make sure that you wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times at the pier and during the ceremony. At this point in time, Pier 17 requires all guests to wear masks and socially distance regardless of vaccination status.
