The Clerk's Community Shred Day is a free drive-thru event that gives you a safe, convenient way to shred personal documents and destroy hard drives. Our secure on-site shredding helps protect against identity theft and keeps sensitive information out of the wrong hands.
What to know:
Residential shredding only - no commercial or business services.
Up to two boxes, the size of a standard Bankers Box (12 inches by 10 inches by 15 inches), per vehicle. However, documents can be brought in any container.
Do not tape boxes or knot bags before the event.
No drop-offs are accepted. All participants must remain in their vehicle with their documents until a staff member or volunteer securely places their items into a bin to be shredded or destroyed.
Paper clips, staples, rubber bands, labels, and file tabs do not need to be removed.
Document shredding and hard drive destruction will take place onsite by Shred Medic.
