The CIRCUIT High Intensity Pilates

Join us for a morning of pilates in Chelsea at New York Live Arts.

The Circuit is a High-Intensity Mat Class that brings the Reformer to the Mat. We use the Mat + some fun props + music to build a killer, functional workout.

The class is as High-Intensity as you'd like to take it. We'll build the framework for your strongest, most functional body whilst checking all of those pilates boxes. Think abs, abs, and more abs.
