The CIPD Branch in Cumbria networking event

Step out of the workday and into a relaxed, energising evening with fellow Cumbria CIPD members.

Join us from 5:30–7:00pm for an after-work networking session designed to help you connect with peers, exchange ideas, and strengthen professional relationships in a friendly, supportive setting.

We’ll kick off with a warm meet-and-greet, followed by dynamic small-group discussions where you’ll rotate between groups to spark fresh conversations and gain new perspectives. We’ll round off the evening with open networking, giving you the chance to mingle freely, revisit conversations, and speak with committee members for guidance.

Whether you're looking to expand your network, share your experiences, or simply enjoy good conversation with like-minded professionals, this session offers the perfect blend of structure and spontaneity.
