We're partnering with Summit Park to bring you our biggest event of the year! Expect back-to-back workouts from various studios + health and wellness experience stations. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb & flow in as you want:) No rules. Not strict.

Note: Line can form at 8:15 am. Please be respectful of the business' set-up time block.

What to Expect
THE MAIN EVENT: "THE FITNESS CLASSES"

Line Opens at 8:15 am and classes kick off at 9:15 am!

8:20am: Doors Open. Enter the park (at the Event Entrance marked by balloons!) find space for your mat, and explore!

9:15 am- Mini Warm-Up Session by Body Alive

9:30 am- HIIT Session with Shred415

10:00 am- Full Body Strength Experience with F45 Training

10:30 am- Not Your Typical Barre with Barre3 Montgomery

11:00 am- Dance Cardio with Jazzercise Milford

11:30 am- Boxing Burner with Title Boxing Club Downtown Cincinnati

12:00 pm- The event ends, be sure to grab your fit bag & make any last-minute shopping purchases!

Note: No Pre-registration is needed for the individual classes. Your ticket gets you entry to the entire event, and you can ebb and flow between classes and the various lawns throughout the day. Classes/ space is first come first served. If you are not taking a class, please move your yoga mat to make room for others.

The others without a * will be open to all, all day :) There are TONS to choose from and enjoy! In addition to all-day workouts on The Main Lawn, plus Activities on Lawn A and Lawn B, and photo-ops. So "something to do" at every single moment of these 3 hours!
