This is a concert of acapella antiphonal singing. It was often performed by two choirs simultaneously in different regions and locations of the performance venue. Historically, antiphonal music is of great antiquity and occurs in the folk and liturgical music of many cultures. The Bach Choir’s configurations will explore the far nooks and crannies of the Trinity Episcopal performance spaces.
