The Chimpeltons are a dynamic three-piece punk and hard rock/metal band hailing from Brisbane/Meanjin, Australia. Formed in 2020 during their high school years, this group of riff enthusiasts draws inspiration from iconic acts like Soundgarden, Pantera, and Metallica.
Known for their blistering riffs, heavy breakdowns, and powerful choruses, The Chimpeltons deliver a live show that captivates audiences and leaves them craving more. They are embarking on their most ambitious run of local and interstate shows to spread the word about their latest release “Heat death”. This release represents The Chimpeltons are their best, controlling the unbridled mayhem throughout the thumping track.
They’re taking their talents to their home town, Coorparoo Brisbane for a thrashing ALL AGES gig, where they will be supported by local Brisbane punks Ferny and the Freakouts, Pimp, Heat stroke and Findaway. For the price of $15 online and $20 on the door, this live show is supreme value for money, and guarantees all punters a glorious afternoon of head banging, moshing and beer enjoying.
