About this Event
Step into a world shaped by children’s imaginations
Join us for a special one-off exhibition showcasing the Children’s Museums Project – a creative and thought-provoking initiative through which young people have designed their own museums from shoeboxes, each one reflecting what matters to them.
Over the past year, these miniature museums have popped up in communities across the country. Now, for the first time, they come together in one space – inviting you to explore children’s perspectives on creativity, community, and the things they care about.
Led by Aston University and funded by the Economic and Social Research Council, the event also shares insights from research into young people’s cultural participation across Europe and offers a chance to connect with others over light refreshments.
Come any time between 5 and 7pm – and stay for five minutes or fifty. Please register for planning purposes.
