North Dakota may not be well known (yet) for its wine, but the development of cold-hardy wine grape varieties is changing the landscape. Join NDSU Chemistry Professor and Owner of 4e Winery, Greg Cook, for a tasting experience where you will learn about what makes our cold climate wines unique.🍇🍷You will explore the history of the grape varieties and how they are different in chemistry and flavor from the more traditional wine grapes. You will also learn about the characteristics of good wine and how to approach taste evaluation and pairing with food.
