Join us for The Chef’s Table at Grace & Grit x Chronicle Wines, the grand finale of our 2024 Wine Club Dinner Series on Saturday, November 16th from 6pm-9pm! We’re thrilled to present a stunning menu crafted by culinary connoisseur, Chef Adam Kaufer of Grace & Grit, featuring some of our favorite wines. This evening promises a delightful blend of exquisite food, wonderful company, and, of course, exceptional wine. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable experience to celebrate the end of the year, and the 10th anniversary of Saltbird Cellars and As If Wines.

- FIRST COURSE: Polenta Cake, strachatella and cranberry chutney | Paired with Saltbird Cellars 2022 "Roseate"
- SECOND COURSE: Roasted Monkfish, preserved lemon, brown butter | Paired with Saltbird Cellars 2022 "Migratus"
- THIRD COURSE: Iberico pork tenderloin, red wine demi, garlic mashed potato | Paired with Saltbird Cellars 2020 Merlot
- FOURTH COURSE: Grilled maitake, veloute, truffle, and shaved fennel | Paired with 207 As If "Persistence"
- Dessert: Stilton cheesecake with prosciutto crumble | Paired with As If "Gratitude"
