A transformative 7-week journey into the 7 main energy centers of the body.
Insight
Each 1 ½ hour session will begin with a collective oracle/tarot reading aligned with the chakra focus of the week, offering intuitive guidance to help you identify areas of imbalance and clarity. The insights from the reading will empower you to release, embrace, or realign your energy for optimal growth as it relates to that sessions focus.
What Are Chakras?
Chakras are vital energy centers in the body, each governing specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. When balanced, they support overall well-being and alignment.
In each session, we will focus on a specific chakra, with the reading helping you tune into the energy of that center. You’ll gain practical insights to align your energy and take steps toward healing and growth.
Meditation & Sound
After the reading, a guided meditation will help you explore energetic blocks, followed by a Reiki-infused soundbath (gongs, bowls, drums, etc.) to release what no longer serves you and create space for deep relaxation and healing.

*Each participant will receive an information sheet, including journaling prompts and a Reiki-infused crystal to take home, supporting the chakra theme of the session.
*Series Schedule * Mondays 6-7:30pm
· Week 1 (Oct. 7) Root Chakra (Muladhara) Grounding, stability, and security. Connect to the foundation of your being and feel supported.
· Week 2 (Oct. 14) Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) Creativity, passion, and emotional flow. Embrace pleasure, joy, and the power of creation.
· Week 3 (Oct. 21) Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) Confidence, personal power, and self-esteem. Ignite your inner strength and willpower.
· Week 4 (Oct.28) Heart Chakra (Anahata) Love, compassion, and emotional balance. Open your heart to unconditional love and harmony.
· Week 5 (Nov 18) : Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) Communication, truth, and self-expression. Speak your truth with clarity and confidence.
· Week 6 (Nov. 25) Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) Intuition, insight, and inner vision. Strengthen your intuition and trust your inner wisdom.
· Week 7 (Dec.2): Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) Spiritual connection, enlightenment, and oneness. Connect to the divine and experience spiritual awareness.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Bring a journal and pen, an eyemask, mat (if you need to borrow one, contact Natalia in advance), & a light blanket.
Cost: $35 single session or $199 for all 7 sessions ($28.43 per session, must purchase in single transaction)
