*tradition dictates that no one leaves until the last person finishes. As community we lift each other up. This is not to put ANYONE on the spot, this is meant to instill community as we give it all we have!
We do Hero workouts to honor fallen military members and first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice. These demanding workouts are a physical and emotional tribute, often designed to reflect the hero's favorite movements, birthday, or the date of their passing. By performing these workouts, the community pays tribute to their courage, keeps their memory alive, and fosters a sense of shared purpose and perseverance.
