Vonree Mao is a restorative wellness practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and movement teacher committed to guiding others toward deeper connection and balance. As the founder of Intuitively Rooted, they weave together breathwork, movement, and bodywork to help individuals manage stress, build resilience, and restore their well-being. Through accessible and transformative practices, Vonree creates spaces where people can pause, reconnect, and cultivate sustainable self-care.
