Over the years, Khwaab by Commuovere has shaped some of IBA’s most meaningful travel memories, from the dramatic blues of Moola Chotak to quiet sunrises in Hunza, Neelum, and Swat. As organisers (and IBA alumni ourselves), we’ve always understood what makes these trips special: the blend of adventure, camaraderie, and that unspoken feeling of “this is going to stay with me.”
This year, we bring that understanding into a refreshed winter itinerary — one that carries all the excitement of a classic grad trip, but layered with the depth, comfort, and care that have defined our bond with the IBA community.

🌲 The Journey in Detail
📍 3 January — Arrival in Islamabad
A smooth, comfortable start in the heart of the capital — the perfect transition into the mountains.
📍 4 January — Islamabad → Kalam (Upper Swat Valley)
Breakfast → departure → rolling hills → rivers and pines.
A pause at Fiza Ghat for photos and fresh air.
Then the scenery deepens: winding roads, icy streams, snow-dusted peaks.
Arrive in Kalam to crisp winter air. Unwind, settle in, enjoy the slow mountain pace.
📍 5 January — Full Winter Day in Kalam
A flexible, weather-shaped immersion into Kalam’s winter beauty.

A day built around feeling the landscape — tall cedars, cold air, and winter quiet.
📍 6 January — Snow Adventures in Malam Jabba → Evening in Mingora
A fun, high-energy winter day featuring:
• Chairlift rides
• Skiing (optional)
• Zipline
• Snow play areas
• Cliffside cafés
Return to Mingora by evening to warm up and rest after a full day in the snow.
📍 7 January — Mingora → Abbottabad → Nathia Gali
A scenic transition through plains, hills, and finally the misty pines of the Galiyat.
Lunch stop in Abbottabad → onward to Nathia Gali’s forest calm.
📍 8 January — A Peaceful Day in Nathia Gali
A slow, nature-centered day.
