The Casualties are New York City punk lifers—loud, fast, and unapologetically rooted in the street-punk tradition. With over three decades of history and eleven records behind them, they’re now in the studio working o their 12th studio album, the follow up to 2018’s “Written in Blood,” (the debut of vocals David Tejas of the Starving Wolves and Krum Bums). The album is being by co-produced Zack Blair (of Rise Against) and Raul “Riff” Cuellar, (NOFX, Suicidal Tendencies, Interrupters, Circle Jerks) who is also engineering and mixing the effort. Sessions will be split between Cueller’s Riff Audio and Tim Armstrong’s (Rancid, Transplants, Operation Ivy) The Boat. Look for a fall release date and more information to come.
Fronted by David Tejas (Krum Bums, Starving Wolves), the band continues to tour relentlessly, bringing sweat-soaked energy and a fiercely loyal crowd wherever they land. If you’re after a night of pure punk with no frills and zero pretense, this one’s for you.
