The Canadian Pain Society (CPS) Board and Scientific Program Committee welcomes you to join us at the 45th Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) at Victoria College on the University of Toronto campus from May 1-4, 2025.
May 1: Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception at the Chelsea Hotel, 33 Gerrard Street West.
May 2: Presentations will be in Convocation Hall, 31 King's College Circle
May 2 Evening: CPS Family Barbeque, Victoria College Quad, 73 Queen's Park Cres E
May 3 and 4: Victoria College, 73 Queen's Park Cres E and Hart House, 7 Hart House Circle (Trainee and PWLE events only)

- Exhibitors will be located in Victoria College
- Poster Presentations will be in Victoria College
This dynamic event will gather our pain community to enhance interactions, professional development and be the catalyst to exchange evidence-based research on pain mechanisms, assessment, and management.
We invite all basic science and clinical researchers, physician and physician specialists, healthcare professionals, trainees, policy and industry advocates, and persons with lived experiences of pain.
This year we continue to incorporate a concurrent Scientific Program and Practicum Program streams. You are welcome to attend any of the sessions in each stream, and during the registration process we will pose questions to gather your preferences.

SPONSORED EVENTS CONSENT
By registering for the ASM, you are consenting to email and printed material regarding sponsored events that may include breakfasts, lunches and dinners. These are non-accredited events that are separate from the ASM program and will be clearly listed as such. Your participation in sponsored events is purely optional.
Those who attend sponsored events can expect meals as outlined in the ASM agenda. Those who do not choose to attend these sponsored events can access nearby dining options at their own cost.
EXHIBIT HALL ACCESS
The Exhibit Hall will have booths that are independent of the accredited scientific content of the 2025 ASM. The Exhibitor Hall may only be accessed by those who work in the field of pain.
COVID STATEMENT
As part of our commitment to creating the safest possible environment for our in-person event, we strongly recommend that all attendees monitor their health for any potential symptoms. Please feel free to bring your own mask, sanitizer and rapid testing kits.

CPS is not responsible for any airline and hotel cancellation policies, ASM registration fees, or related charges.
VIDEO AND PHOTO CONSENT
By registering for the 2025 ASM, you are consenting to photos and video being taken of you during our event. Photos and video may also be taken by attendees and third parties. These photos and videos may be posted on our website and social media.
