Step into the Calm Lab, a two-hour experiential workshop where science meets self care. You'll learn the essentials of how your nervous system responds to stress and anxiety-- and more importantly--practice simple, hands on techniques you can use anytime to shift towards calm, balance, and resilience. Come curious and leave with a personalized toolkit to help you regulate in the moments that matter most.
Anne Kulakowski, LMHC, (she/her) is a Somatic Psychotherapist, Polyvagal Therapist, and Yoga Teacher. She has a private practice in Princeton, MA where she specializes in working with women whose stress, anxiety, and trauma manifests in body symptoms.
