About this Event
Welcome to The Cake Club Picnic! 🍰
Join us for a deliciously fun day out at Bellevue Gardens Hotel on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
Whether your a professional baker, a passionate home baker, or simply someone with a sweet tooth, The Cake Club Picnic is the perfect event to indulge your love of all things cake!
Entry requires both a ticket and a cake - one per person.
Everyone attending must bring a cake of their own. No cake, no entry - no exceptions. This rule keeps things fair and fun for everyone involved.
Even if you're bringing a guest under tickets you have purchased, they must bring a cake too. Sharing one cake between two people won’t cut it. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the cake-loving community!
🎂 What to Expect:
A relaxed indoor and outdoor garden setting - enjoy the space rain or shine!
A shared cake table filled with baked goodies brought by everyone attending - taste, share, and show off your creations!
Chill vibes and great company - meet fellow cake lovers, swap stories, and make sweet memories.
Picnic-style seating - bring a blanket, find a sunny spot, or grab a seat indoors.
Raffles, prizes, and light-hearted games throughout the day.
A self-service tea and coffee station to keep your cup full as you sample cakes.
Cake Size Requirement:
Please bring a cake that can generously serve at least 10 people. Think full-sized bakes -enough to share and make sure everyone gets a proper slice (or two)! 🎂✨ - REMEMBER - CAKE ONLY!
Cake Set-Up:
You’re welcome to do final touch-ups at the venue, but please avoid full setups or major decorating on-site. Display tables will be shared with other guests, so we want to keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone.
Serving Tools, cake detailed label & Cake Stands:
Please remember to bring your own serving tool so guests can easily cut and enjoy your cake.
We will provide you with a cake label card and card insert stick for everything to look uniformed!
Want to show off your creation? Feel free to bring a cake stand to elevate your cake-literally and visually! 🍰🔪✨
Boxes & Utensils:
We've got you covered! The host will provide boxes for you to pack up cake slices during the event, along with forks, spoons, napkins, and water to keep things easy and enjoyable. 🍴📦💧
Rubbish:
Let’s keep the vibes sweet and the space clean! Please use the bins provided on-site and help us leave the venue just as lovely as we found it. We also kindly ask that you take any leftover rubbish or personal items with you when you head out. ♻️🧼💛

🕑: 10:30 AM - 03:30 PM
How the Cake Club Picnic Work
Info: You’re welcome to arrive from 10:30 AM to set up your cake and take some time to admire everyone else’s beautiful creations before the event officially begins. Cake Cutting & Group Rotation-
To keep things fun and relaxed, all participants will be grouped by coloured wristbands, which you’ll receive at the registration table.
When it’s your group’s turn, you’ll have 6 minutes to browse and slice a piece from any cakes you’d like to try. This helps make sure everyone gets a fair and enjoyable experience sampling all the amazing creations.
Once all groups have had their turn, feel free to go back and enjoy any leftover cake! ?
Important: Please don’t take or use other people’s serving utensils or display stands — these belong to the cake owners and need to be returned to them. Thank you for being respectful and keeping the cake vibes sweet! Category prizes and raffles will be announced at the end!
